Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste:
- Marinate 500g of chicken with 2 tbsp Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste and salt.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté 1 finely chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of water.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
