Method to Cook Pasta recipes (Indian) :

  1. Get a pot of water and add a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of oil. Cook your pasta in boiling water.
  2. After it’s cooked, drain your pasta. Keep a cup full of pasta water aside.
  3. Cut mushrooms into quarters, peppers into cubes, and baby corn into smaller pieces.
  4. Blanch all the vegetables for 2-3 minutes and drain.
  5. Melt butter in a pan.
