What makes Chicken Korma so special?

Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- chopped
- 450g chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tsp Ferns’ Korma Paste
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts, whole
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts, powdered
Method :
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium flame.
- Add cashew nuts and stir till light brown.
- Add onions and fry for 2 mins. till light brown.
- Add chicken pieces and fry for another 3 mins.
- Add Ferns’ Korma paste and stir.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 20 – 25 mins or pressure cook for 10 mins. until cooked.
- Add cashew nut powder.
- Keep for a minute.
- Add half the coriander. Stir.
- Serve hot garnished with remaining coriander.
