  1. Prepare the Potatoes:

    • In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the boiled onion paste until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
    • Add Ferns’ Green Masala Curry Paste and Ferns’ Ginger Garlic Paste to the fried onion paste, and sauté for a couple of minutes.
    • Next, add the mint and coriander paste along with the beaten curd (yogurt). Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
    • Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
    • Season the gravy with salt according to taste.
  3. Assemble the Dish:

    • Cut the fried potatoes into halves and place them in the center of a serving dish.
    • Spoon the prepared green chutney gravy over the potatoes, ensuring they are well coated with the flavorful sauce.
