  2. Add in chopped garlic, onions and bay leaves.
  3. Add jointed chicken and sauté until golden brown.

  6. Add salt, stock, French beans, peas, bacon, and prawns.
  7. Cover the pan and cook until the rice is cooked and the meat is tender.
  8. Add crushed saffron and mix.
