Method to Prepare a Paneer Mixed Veg Recipe:

  1. Cut capsicum and paneer into one-inch cubes.
  2. Wash and clean mushrooms.
  3. Marinate all the vegetable and paneer pieces with Ferns’ Ginger Garlic Paste, Ferns’ Food Tikka Paste, curd and salt.
  4. Skewer vegetables and paneer alternately and roast on a grill or in a hot ‘tandoor’.
