Ferns' Vindaloo Curry Recipe

Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste:

  • Marinate 500g of chicken with 2 tbsp Ferns Vindaloo Curry Paste and salt.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté 1 finely chopped onion until golden brown.
  • Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of water.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
